Lumenis engineering and maintenance services
All maintenance services are performed at our facility. The quotation defines the work, components and corresponding checks.
Scheduled preventive maintenance
Power and fluence measurements, pulse repetition checks, optical alignment and functional safety tests appropriate to the platform, using instruments suited to the procedure.
Corrective maintenance
Electronic diagnosis of power supplies, drivers and timing circuits; assessment of boards and modules; repair or replacement using original components according to the identified fault.
Handpieces and optical assemblies
Inspection of the model's handpieces, fibres, optical windows, crystals, cables and connectors. The report distinguishes repaired items from replaced components.
Cooling circuits
Assessment of chillers, pumps, flow meters, sensors and flow and temperature interlocks. The circuit's condition is checked before and after service.
Electrical and functional safety
Tests of electrical integrity, protective connections, emergency stop and interlocks, following the procedures applicable to the equipment.
Software and firmware
Version assessment and updates when indicated and permitted by the applicable access rights and procedures, while preserving relevant configuration parameters.
Logistics for nationwide support
Planning for collection, specialist packaging, insured transport and return delivery where needed. Scope, responsibilities and coverage are defined in the proposal.
Technical report and 1-year warranty
Parts and labour carry a 1-year warranty under the documented terms. Handover includes a record of the work and tests performed, including an as-found / as-left comparison where relevant.
