Expertise applied to the identified platform
Our team is trained and certified directly by Lumenis. This translates into a maintenance procedure defined by the console, hardware generation and handpieces received, rather than treating different equipment as though it were identical.
A direct channel to suppliers of original parts
We maintain a direct channel to suppliers of original parts and import directly when necessary. Before approval, we reconcile identification, compatibility, availability and lead time. Traceability of installed components is included in the technical report.
Maintenance takes place at our facility
We serve customers nationwide, with all maintenance performed at our facility. Where needed, we provide logistics support for shipping and return delivery, including collection, specialist medical-equipment packaging and insured transport.
A warranty supported by documentation
We provide a 1-year warranty on service parts and labour, subject to the documented terms. Measurements and parameters checked before and after the intervention — as-found / as-left — record the equipment's condition within the assessed scope.
